Santa Paws at Lacey PetSmart

Thank –You to everyone who volunteered and that we took approx. 200 pictures of people and their pets at the event.

Adoption Center: Our adoption program has now partnered with Lacey Petsmart. All of our cats currently available for adoption will be located at the Lacey Petsmart. Dogs and horses that are available for adoption will continue to be located at Northwind Pet Care Center. Please stop by and visit us in our new location!

Volunteers needed: CFA is taking over the PetSmart Adoption Center at the Lacey store. We are looking for volunteers to commit one night a month from 6-8pm to clean, feed and play with the cats that we have up for adoption at the store. Northwind Pet Care Center has started a pet adoption program working in conjunction with Concern For Animals and Animal Services. They have very limited kennel space but are trying to help as many animals as they can. All of the adoption animals are spayed or neutered and are up to date on their vaccinations. If you know of anyone, or if you can find it in your heart to adopt one of these wonderful animals, please do so, they are in need of good homes! Northwind requests that with each adoption a donation be made to Concern For Animals; for dogs the minimum donation is $40 and for cats the minimum donation is $20. We welcome you to the Kuranda USA donation program for Non Profits.

Our dogs love to sleep on Kuranda Dog beds, but we don't have enough for everyone.
If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price for a another dog to sleep in comfort, please donate a Kuranda dog bed. For help with any of our online services, please email Kuranda: contact@kuranda.com

Concern for Animals is a registered non-profit 501 (C) (3) organization, incorporated in 1980 by Ann Albohn and Joyce Pearce. In 2004, Concern for Animals provided funds to assist 2,257 animals in Thurston, Mason and Lewis counties. Concern for Animals relies on membership dues, donations and small grants to fund its mission. All donations are tax-deductible and appreciated. Thank you.
